PRIVATE/SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS

I offer one-on-one or small group classes for those who are interested in a more personalized practice. I customize sessions based on your needs and intentions, using a combination of movement, breathwork, and relaxation. We explore movement to increase strength, flexibility, and balance in the body. All of my sessions also include some restorative yoga, deep relaxation to release tension in the body and calm the mind.
